Privacy Policy
Last Updated: August 28, 2026 • Applies to all users and visitors of medicalcertificategenerate.in
At Medical Certificate Generate (medicalcertificategenerate.in), we believe in fundamental user privacy. We have architected our platform so that your document creation workflow remains completely private, client-side, and contained within your own device.
We operate on a zero-server-storage model for all template inputs. Every name, date, rest period, clinic detail, custom handwriting stroke, and signature entered into the editor is processed in-memory solely inside your web browser. Nothing you type or generate is transmitted to, saved on, or accessible by our servers.
1. Information We Do Not Collect
Because of our client-side architecture, we do not collect, process, or store:
- Names, ages, genders, or identification numbers entered into templates
- Clinical statements, diagnoses, symptoms, or medical notes
- Doctor credentials, clinic addresses, or registration numbers
- Handwritten signatures drawn in the signature pad
- Generated PDF documents or downloaded images
2. In-Browser Client-Side Processing & Downloads
When you click "Download PDF" or "Download Image", your browser's local JavaScript engine (using open-source vector rendering libraries) compiles the visual document and triggers a direct file download onto your local storage. When you close, refresh, or navigate away from the browser tab, all temporary memory state used for rendering is automatically cleared.
3. Web Analytics & Usage Telemetry
To maintain, optimize, and improve website performance, user experience, and search engine visibility, we use standard, privacy-conscious web analytics tools (such as Google Analytics 4 and PostHog). These tools collect aggregated, non-personally identifiable telemetry such as:
- Browser type, device category, screen resolution, and operating system
- Referring URLs, pages visited, time spent on pages, and navigation paths
- General geographic region (country or city level, with IP anonymization enabled)
- Aggregated UI interaction events (e.g., template selection clicks, CTA button clicks)
* Analytics telemetry never includes the text, data, or personal details entered into your generated templates.
4. Cookies & Local Storage
Our website may use standard cookies and browser local storage strictly for:
- Essential operation: Remembering temporary UI preferences (such as ink color, active tab, or preview scale) during your session.
- Analytics cookies: Generating pseudonymous session identifiers to count unique visits without tracking personal identity.
You can disable or delete cookies at any time through your web browser's privacy settings without losing access to the core certificate generator tool.
5. Third-Party CDNs & Assets
We load certain open-source client libraries (such as jsPDF, html2pdf, html2canvas, and QRCode.js) and typography resources (Google Fonts) via established Content Delivery Networks (CDNs) including Cloudflare and Google. These providers may receive your standard HTTP request headers (such as your IP address and browser user-agent) necessary to deliver the static stylesheet and font files.
6. International Privacy Rights (GDPR, CCPA & Global Standards)
Because we do not store, maintain, or sell user personal profiles or template inputs, there is no database of personal medical records to access, rectify, or delete. If you have inquiries regarding aggregated analytics data or general data privacy compliance, you may contact our privacy coordinators.
7. Children's Privacy
Our service is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.
8. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in platform features, analytics configuration, or legal requirements. Updated policies will be posted directly on this page with an amended "Last Updated" timestamp.
